Refunds are Applicable on Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- Standard Bookings:
– Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the check-in date will receive a 90% refund.
– Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Bookings:
– Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
- Special Packages and Promotional Rates:
– Special packages and promotional rates may have specific cancellation policies. Please refer to the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
- Refund Process:
– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Early Departures:
– No refunds will be issued for early departures.
Amendments to Reservations
- Changes to Booking Dates:
– Guests can request changes to their booking dates up to 2 days before the original check-in date, subject to availability.
– Changes made less than 2 days before the check-in date may incur additional charges.
- Room Upgrades/Downgrades:
– Requests for room upgrades or downgrades are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or refunds based on the rate difference.
No-Show Policy
– Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Force Majeure
– In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions that prevent travel, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay.
